Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body responsible for that sport. For cricket, this includes the decisions of match officials and the relevant cricket board. For PSL, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) ruling is the final reference. In the event of a dispute over the result, HT777's decision on settlement is final, subject to the formal complaints process described on our support pages.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum playing time required for the market to stand has elapsed, all bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules vary by sport and market type and are available on the relevant sports betting page. For cricket, if a match is interrupted by weather and a revised result is produced using the DLS method, bets will be settled on the official result unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all markets on HT777. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Where a bet would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit, HT777 reserves the right to reduce the stake proportionally so that the potential return does not exceed the stated maximum.
